Do you have fond memories of playing cards at home or at school? At the bridge table, you can play across generations and social groups. Ask your local club when lessons are running and learn on your own, as a pair, or in a group. You may be surprised by just how much fun it is to take up a new hobby.
Every deal in bridge is its own mini adventure. You use coded language to work out whether you will defend or attack. It is North South versus East West, and in the end, someone pays in points. There are many videos, programmes, and websites to help you learn and improve, but the best and most social way to start is still to contact your local club and join a lesson.
